I don't even have the game and I know you're categorizing it incorrectly on purpose. You can't even pull out a gun if the game doesn't require it. Its not even running on Rockstar's RAGE engine, couple that with the fact that its focused more on investigation and questioning than senseless violence and humor based on stereotypes. You generalizing it as a GTA mod is what is causing that confusion. Noire is an Australian game, we all know where GTA is made (They're Scottish anyway).
I am finding seeing who I find familiar from the cast more exciting than the game from time to time - bit of a heroes vibe going on from what I have seen so far. I am on my 3rd Homicide case which I think is around 30% on statistics. Same thing with the hardcore Call of Duty fan base.I have played quite a bit of LA Noire for all those interested. Even if nothing that new is brought to the table. its GTA so it must be given at least a 9 or 9.5 because reviews seem to just bum it. Also, isn't the game Australian, not British? said: Well obviously people won't be happy but GTA does get over hyped and heck it is nice that we Brits make the game people love so much but at the same time I think - hmm. Said: said: The game is nothing like GTA, I for one wasn't interested in the game because I thought it would be another GTA style game (see: Red Dead Redemtion) but I was pleasantly surprised.
